Currently you can email us at cozycottagewholesale@gmail.com for any questions you have about anything regarding the site, items or your account info. We are now setting up live chat so you can talk with us in real time. Live chat works like IM's. You will click on “contact us” located at the index at bottom of page. You will then have the option to use live chat. You can post your question and we can correspond with you at that time. We are working on setting times as we need to sleep (at least a few hours). We will be using the beta form so we can work out any bugs but the system seems to be working fine. We feel this will allow you to receive any help you need immediately instead of waiting for an email. Our main concern is that our live chat system notifies us immediately that a customer has chosen to use the service. Yea for technology!!!
